Minster Doris B. Ryans, President
(Executive
Director)
Minster Doris B. Ryans is
a member of Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church where she serves
as a Trustee and a member of the Sunday School Staff. She has a
passion for studying and teaching the Word. Her purpose in life
is to encourage and minister to the needs of others. In
response to this call, she incorporated the non-profit
organization, Divinely Blessed & Restored and is active as a
Christian Speaker and Workshop Presenter. Her educational
accomplishments include a Bachelor of Science Degree in
Accounting and Computer Information Systems from Detroit College
of Business and a Master of Arts Degree in Organizational
Management from Spring Arbor University. She is an Executive at
the Wayne County Friend of the Court, serving in the capacity of
Assistant Friend of the Court. Doris is the mother of Kristyn
and is a grandmother to her first grandchild. Sis. Ryans creed for living is based upon Philippians 4:13 – “I
can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” Her
greatest desire is to continue to be a “vessel” that God can use
for the building of His kingdom. |

Joyce D. Williams, Vice-President

Director)
Sis. Joyce Denise
Williams is married to the Rev. Curtis C. Williams, Pastor of
the Aljalon Baptist Church. She is the mother of three
children; Jaclyn (28), Curtis (21), and Janel (16). Sis.
Williams is a native of the Detroit area. Rev. and Sis.
Williams are the proprietors of the Trinity Chapel Funeral Home
in Detroit, Michigan. She was employed with the County of Wayne
for 22 years and after an exemplary career recently retired.
During her career she received several promotions, most notable,
the distinguished appointment as the first woman and African
American to the position of Clerk of the Wayne County
Commission. Sis. Williams is active in her church and currently
serves as Co-Director of the Women’s Ministry. She has served
in the capacity of a Sunday School Teacher and former Senior
Class instructor for youth ministry. Her educational
accomplishments include a Bachelor of Science Degree in
Information Management from Detroit College of Business and a
Master of Arts Degree in Human Resources from Marygrove
College. As a Christian woman her desire is to serve the Lord
and fulfill his God-given purpose for her life.

Colleen V. Ealy, Treasurer
(Site & Program Coordination)
Sis. Colleen V. Ealy
is a member of Living Bread Ministries International- West Gate
Church in Redford, Michigan. She serves faithfully in many
auxiliaries: Usher Board and Announcement Ministry, as a
Prophetic Scriber, Touch Leader of the Cornerstone Women’s
Ministry and as a volunteer on the Special Events Committee.
Her calling is to minister to women to promote restoration and
realization of their dreams and destiny. She believes that with
prayer and encouragement women can be strengthen so they may
answer the call that God has upon their lives. Colleen is
employed at Spartan Stores serving for 9 years as a
Routing/Transportation Supervisor. She enjoys special events
planning and has been given the gift of creativity and
decorating for any occasion and her services are often sought
to create memorable and elegant events. It is her desire to
market this god-given talent and form her own event planning &
customized decorations company. Colleen loves to travel and
experience God’s awesomeness while exploring natural landmarks.
Her favorite scripture is “In all thy ways acknowledge Him and
He shall direct thy path” Proverbs 3:6. |
